Deanna Kadrielia
Founder
Deanna began her carrier in hotel industry after completing her Hotel Management studies in Universiti Teknology MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam in 1995.
After years of dedicated hard work and experienced in a 5 star chain hotel, Renaissance Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya, she decided to gain experience in MICE Industry at Malaysia International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC), Serdang under Country Heights Group.
A very committed and dedicated personality, she has developed a style of her own in handling clients and business networking.
The driving philosophy and work ethic of Deanna is quality. Taking up a challenge, she quit her job and venture into business events industry.
In her current capacity, she is the Founder of Distinct Minds and is constantly seeking new partnerships with prospective clients who want mutual success.
With 25 years of experience in hospitality and tourism industry, bringing with her rich and valuable strengths in events, training programmes and project management expertise undoubtedly, Deanna has the qualities and capabilities in achieving set goals.
A highly motivated business woman, Deanna is also a member of Peniagawati Association and passionate in helping entrepreneurs to grow their business by creating networking platforms and business trade matching.

Zaid Mohd Azman
Co-Founder
A Chemical Engineering (Gas) graduate from University Teknologi Malaysia Skudai, Zaid has experienced in many fields of work previously comprises from sales, marketing, information technology, innovation products, engineering and many more.
Employed by BP Business Services Asia Sdn Bid in 2011 as SAP Developer, actively involved in solar installation with Arus Spectrum Sdn Bhd, a make-shift marketer promoting research done by UiTM Shah Alam in innovation product and plastics and renewable energy and well experience in financial services with Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad.
A dedicated, goal-oriented and ethically astute personality focus on team effort collectively in bringing high performance work culture towards impactful result.
With strong management and leadership skills, Zaid is responsible in developing strategic operating plan that reflect the longer term objectives for Distinct Minds. He brings deep Industry knowledge, Financial services, Business trade events and Sales & Marketing expertise with him to take the company to a greater height.
